John Sisk & Son - Retail & Residential Development Chatham and King Street, Dublin

This mixed-use development covers a total area of  50,000 square feet, providing 26,016 square feet of office space, 15,597 square feet of retail, and eight for-rent apartment units.

NMS was appointed to work as part of a collaborative team to deliver MEP to this unique and prestigious development.

Our installations include: the full bathroom fit out package, HDPE fusion weld rainwater system throughout the building, and associated slung drainage on the ground floor and the foul water and Petrol interceptor stations. We also provided the enabling works, which included working within a live environment, interfacing with the public and engaging closely with tenants and other contractors to complete the works within the tight timescales and with minimal disruption.

All operatives completed monthly health and safety training, including specific practices for working in live environments, and internal and external assessors completed on-site health and safety checks.
