John Sisk & Son - Distillery Building Smithfield, Dublin

The building ranges in height between four and seven storeys above a double basement level which contains 47 car parking spaces 188 bicycle spaces, and extensive shower and changing facilities. The Ground Level incorporates retail, restaurant and bar floor space. Three accessible roof terraces are proposed at the fifth-floor level, and a further three at the sixth-floor level.

NMS was appointed to work as part of a collaborative team to deliver MEP to this development.

Our services included the Rainwater pipework, Cast iron Surface Water pipework systems, and bathroom fit-outs, including sanitary ware and brassware.

Congested ceiling voids provided some challenges to the installation. We highlighted the issues prior to works commencing and developed a solution in partnership with Sisk. One team of operatives was used throughout the project, with each operative completing the same duties to ensure full understanding and consistency of work.
