St. Marys Secondary School Killester, Co. Dublin

We were contracted directly by St Marys’s secondary school for the refurbishment of the heating system. This included new Gas boilers and flue in the boiler house and all new radiators throughout the building.

We also installed all new gas pipework and a new gas proving system to all areas being supplied with gas. We also replaced the cold water storage tank located on the roof and all associated water pump sets.

 We also provided the enabling works, which included working within a live environment, interfacing with the staff and other contractors to complete the works within the tight timescales and with minimal disruption.

We completed the project on schedule and within budget.
