Each home is precision built to an environmentally caring A3 rating. With Air To Water heating systems, designer kitchens with islands and utility rooms, luxury bathrooms and extra space everywhere, these homes exhibit the blue ribbon on luxury family homes.

One team of operatives was used throughout the project, with each operative completing the same duties to ensure full understanding and consistency of work. Operatives also completed refresher training on tooling and quality work practices, working directly with manufacturers who completed audits on-site
