Coopers Cross Residential Development, Dublin

NMS are delighted to announce that it has been appointed by John Sisk and Son Ltd as the mechanical sub-contractor on the Coopers Cross Residential Development.

Coopers Cross is Kennedy Wilson’s latest Residential Development and is situated close to the Docklands and Dublin’s 3 Arena. The development consists of 472 apartments, made up of Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed and 3 Bed Apartments, spread over 6 Blocks at the heart of a new Dublin City district.

 We installed the heating, plumbing and SVP systems for these high-end apartments working to exacting standards and coordinating our services with the complex construction, installation and finishing schedule. 

 Internal and external inspectors completed site safety assessments, and all operatives completed monthly health and safety training.
