Foxburrow Residential Development, Portlaoise

This development will consist of 155 No. residential units comprised of 115 No. two-storey terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings (44 No. 4-bedroom houses, 48 No. 3-bedroom houses and 23 No. 2-bedroom houses); 4 No. 1-bed maisonettes in a two-storey block; and 36 No. apartments provided in 3 No. three-storey apartment buildings, with each block proposing 12 No. units, providing a total of 18 No. one-bedroom apartments and 18 No. two-bedroom apartments.

 We provided complete heating, plumbing & Ventilation services for this project, working closely with Boderg to achieve high standards and delivering the project on time and snag-free.

 One team of operatives was used throughout the project, with each operative completing the same duties to ensure full understanding and consistency of work. Operatives also completed refresher training on tooling and quality work practices, working directly with manufacturers who completed audits on site.
